Sorry but Nintendo's themes are copyrighted and sharing them would be against gbatemp's rules.

The only official 3ds theme I can't find is the N3DS Ambassador themes. My friend has the N3DS Ambassador edition but he doesn't want to dump it for me. If anyone can give me the keywords to search on that one ISO site, I would be grateful.

CIA? Depends on your 3DS if you have access to use CIA then ok, else if you're above firmware 9.7 then you got to use the regular .3dsx homebrew

What do you mean by above 9.7? What's so special about 9.3, 9.4, 9.5, and 9.6? Did I miss out on something??

You can ask someone with a lot of patience to install and re-dump themes for you. (Not me)

Last I remember, there was a mega list on that site that has like 700+ downloadable themes. I didn't bother cause Menuhax and CHMM2 don't play nicely.
