Hey. I'm really unsure on what to call this or where to post it, so if this is in the wrong place please direct me to where to go <3
I'm in the weird predicament where I own copies of Japanese pokemon games, but have no idea how to read Japanese. I have been using a really roundabout way of using checkpoint to extract the save and then CTRXplorer to copy the save to where twilightmenu stores its saves, then to boot up an english rom to play. Then reversing this to put it back onto the cartridge.
I was wondering if there was a program that would, upon booting the game, extract the save file and boot the english rom using that save, and then when I save ingame, store that save file to the actual game cartridge.
I understand this is really niech and a "me" problem but if anyone could help that would be great. I only need this for DS games cause the 3ds games have a language setting.
If it matters??, heres what im using
-New 2ds xl
-32gb sd card
