Hacking Odd Problem

I get the wii system files are corrupt message after exiting some games. To get the message to go away I need to load the homebrew channel from preloader and then the message goes away and wii menu boots fine. Any idea of why it only happens after certain games and if there is anything I can do about it?

My wii is 4.1u and I am using preloader .29 modified to support new homebrew channel. I use a usb loader to run my games.

At this point I would prefer not to update preloader or go to 4.2 but I guess I will if I have to.

how are you exiting them?

For the most part i use 249 rev 14. I exit by hitting the home button and going to wii menu. It doesn't do it for most games. Two that I can think of are NHL2K10 and Mario & Sonic at the Winter Olympics. It's not a major deal it's just a pain in the ass. I have also soft modded some friends and family's wiis and want to know how to fix it if it happens to them. It's sounds really ominous and will probably freak them out!

From what I have read it seems like it is probably a preloader issue?
