OCS is a software used to hack the 3DS, this is a link on how to do it but at 3 minutes and 48 seconds it shows the elapsed time of the download but my download is still stuck at 0.00%

What firmware are you on? Also don’t use YouTube for this kind of thing as it’s super outdated, try 3ds.hacks.guide
