Hacking OCMA Problem...

I am new to hacking Vita, so please bear with me...

I am currently on OFW 2.11 and wondering if I can use CFW on my system. I tried installing and running OCMA, but it keeps wanting me to update my system. I disabled internet on both Vita and my computer, still asking to update or gives message cannot connect to pc. Please help if possible and thanks

If/after I get OCMA to work, can I use the CFW to run PSP ISOs, and is it possible to extract PSP ISO from game disc?

no
just use a real psp for psp homebrew and PSP back-ups, use the Vita for Official things
vita PSP mode hack is just for user mode homebrew,
till a the right type of exploit is found and released
keep an eye on http://wololo.net/ for updates
an user mode expiot might be coming soon

there WILL be a FW update around the time the PS4 comes out


OCMA is NOT for hacking, it a tool to bypass the need to update the vita , and still use CMA
