o3dsxl auto exits mid-game
playing MH4U Gargwa egg collecting quest
(village 2 star mission)
and auto exits to main menu mid-game no warning at all

anyone have this issue? maybe a microsd issue?

If it's a microSD issue, then standard procedure is to copy everything off the card (preferably with Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier), format the card, test the empty card with h2testw, and then copy everything back if the test is okay. There's not really anything else you can do in that situation.
