Upgrade to 11.2 then follow 3ds.guide and get luma and a9lh.

I would recommend following the 3ds guide to be honest. If you have a working entrypoint, it should be fine. At the moment you don't have a browser, but if you do a CTRTransfer, it should be in it as well.

I've tried countless times, no it doesn't work. Yes i know how to use it. No it's not the first time i've used it.

To anyone reading this thread with the same problem, this is what i did.

-Use a CFW enabled 3ds to install basehaxx on a Pokemon ORAS cart
-Launch the Hombrew Launcher using basehaxx on the 11.0.0-4 3DS
-Follow the guide until you come back to 11.0.0-4 with arm9loaderhax installed
-Update to 11.3 from system settings.
