Hacking O3DS in 8.1.0.19E possibilities ?

So I found a O3DS that has a 8.1.0.19E firmware on it. I directly stopped the network, of course.
What can I do with it ?
What tools/games could I need ?
Could I use it to downgrade my 11.1 2ds ? (I own Legends Of Exidia)

My suggestion is installing A9LH + CFW by following this guide: https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki

Could I use it to downgrade my 11.1 2ds ? (I own Legends Of Exidia)

After you install A9LH on it, you can use DSiware Downgrade to downgrade your 11.1 2ds if both of them are EU region.
