Hardware O3DS camera doesn't work except in a few places

i've been googling around for a few months now so i decided to make a thread. i've been trying to open the homebrew launcher for a while. i was able to get it to work with tubehax but that stopped working, so i was looking to use ninjhax to try and get back into the homebrew launcher but i noticed the camera didn't work even though it worked when i went to the normal camera(not that app but the L R one) and went into QR mode, it worked fine. it also works in the Calibration menu.

TL;DR camera only works in L R camera in QR Mode and calabration and need a way to get into homebrew launcher.

Note: i have a gateway on latest firmware and sysNAND with 4.5. i don't need the camera but i do need a way to get in the homebrew launcher. i have tried browserhax but all other methods i either can't do or don't work for some reason

Considering you have a 4.5 with GW, you should be able to just inject a savefile into cubic ninja that has the payload for your other 3ds's firmware.
Then you'd be able to run ninjhax without having to use the other 3ds's camera.

Or wait are you saying the 4.5 3ds is the one you're trying to get ninjhax on and has faulty cameras? I'm sure there are plenty of alternatives. For example, yellows8's homebrew launcher loader.
