How exactly do you open a NZB file?

You need a program to open them try "grabit"

An NZB file contains a list of pointers to the parts of a file that you can download from your ISP's Usenet "news" server. You open the NZB file with a program like SuperNZB, and then it will download each part. When it is done, it puts all the parts together and creates the file. NZB's are popular because they download very fast.

Do you have access to a newsgroup account by any chance? It won't just work like torrents do for free, Unless your isp has free newsgroup access.

Check with your ISP first. Sometimes it's free, like the ISPs here in my city. Total ISPs = 2 :sadface:

If you've got an income, the 12 or so bucks a month is ENTIRELY worth it.

Download things at full speed.


Sure, you may be saying to yourself, "MY SPEED IS FINE."

But you'll say otherwise when that whole, "I'll put it on download overnight and it'll be done by the time I'm through with classes," to, "I'll go eat a sandwhich."

there are some free newsservers available. I personaly download everything with newsservers...

grabit is the best program to use it downloads, repairs and extracts all in one. all you gotta do is d click the nzb file and just sit back and watch it download at your connections MAX speed. torrents ain't got nothing on usenet!
