Honestly I think it would be impossible. The Wii U has slow WiFi and there isn't a browser version of GeForce Now that would work through it.
Not to mention, I doubt its wifi antenna is compatible with 5Ghz wifi (I mean, the Gamepad uses 5Ghz WiFi, but it has its own antenna)
