OK I am stuck that the part to have a Wii U Common Key (.bin file) I have googled in at least 8 times and can't find one, can someone plz send me a link to download 1.

Nope, that's not allowed. You don't need the bin file, just the sequence of characters. Create the bin file with a hex editor.
