I know there is a program out there that can play .nus3bank files but I can't find it. Do any of you know where one is?

Yeah, I know where one is. It's on Smash Bros 3DS
But ontopic, I don't think a PC/3DS player exists, however, brawlcustommusic has the option to play the tracks (music) before you download them. However, if you mean SFX, then you can't listen to them. BUT you CAN listen to the idsp files with foobar2000 and the plugin needed (it's over in the Smash hacking thread)
Convert the .nus3bank to .idsp then to play it

I went today and looked at a motorcycle someone was selling. I get there and the battery on it was dead, so the guy grabbed a battery charger and hooked it up. He plugged it into the wall, and the motorcycle sparked and started smoking. Come to find out the bike uses a 6 volt battery and the guy had the charger set to 12v. I said sorry to the dude and walked away. I felt bad for him tho.

He ruined it basically. Sad cause it was a decent old bike. It would take more money to rewire the bike than it was worth tho.
