ROM Hack .nus3bank player?

I know there is a program out there that can play .nus3bank files but I can't find it. Do any of you know where one is?

Yeah, I know where one is. It's on Smash Bros 3DS But ontopic, I don't think a PC/3DS player exists, however, brawlcustommusic has the option to play the tracks (music) before you download them. However, if you mean SFX, then you can't listen to them. BUT you CAN listen to the idsp files with foobar2000 and the plugin needed (it's over in the Smash hacking thread)

Convert the .nus3bank to .idsp then to play it
