Hacking NTSC & PAL on Backup Loader?

Hi all,

I'm new to this and I have a question, I have a PAL Wii and I downloaded an NTSC game, I'd like to use Backup loader gamma to play it but I'm not sure if I should patch or alter in anyway my NTSC game to play it on PAL
