Homebrew NTR viewer for Wii U?

Hello. Is it possible to have some sort of NTR streaming on Wii U like you on New 3DS? That would be awesome to do that so you don't need a caoture card for the Wii U aswell.

It would give the Wii U a "Super Game Boy" feel. Hope someone make it to come true.
