Hacking ntr problem

Hi im using an rxtool firmware and I want to run ntr but when I run the program it says
0x00200000 in home menu is: e1a00006 and kicks me out of the program and tells me the system need to restart my firmware is 11.0.0-33u. I got the cia and ntr 3.2 from the github.com web page. any help will be appriciated thanks

I'm assuming your on a N3DS correct? And do you have the NTR.bin on the root of the card? Otherwise every once in a great while for me just a restart and try again!

I have an old 3ds and yes the ntr bin is in the root folder

still same problem it kick me out of the program and restart the 3ds. Well thanks for the help. If you have any other advise it will be greatly appreciated. thanks
