also the plugin seems to disable online for some reason

You have to make a separate cheat for each of the XX and XXXXXXXX values. At least that's how I imagine Nanquitas did it in his plugin. Plus Nanquitas worked out someway to be able to play online while using the cheats. If you just use the normal menu creation method, cell9 put some kind of block in his code to prevent cheating online. The game is playable entirely solo online with these cheats though so I don't mind. You shouldn't even be playing online anyways since the game hasn't officially released. I saw a post on some Japanese bloggers about people getting a swift ban for going online early. Thanks for the plugin though, appreciate it.

also i think the game it self is somehow blocking online! coz all the other plugins i make for online games work online and only mhxx gives some kind of error in Japanese...
And i cant make a boot3 version for o3ds coz i dont know how to remove the background images in the plugin(
