Make "plugin" folder in root of SD card
In plugin folder, make folder named with the title ID of the game you want the cheat for ex: Super Mario 3D Land id is 0004000000054000
Put .pkg inside that folder

example: SD:\plugin\0004000000054000\SML3D.pkg

im using gateway emunand 9.5 on n3ds. it appears loading with long list of codes but in the end it shows error 'current firmware not supported'. does anyone know why?

Really impressed with this.
Only problem I've had so far is with the screenshot option. It seems to be pretty universal that taking a screenshot in Animal Crossing results in this, and the bottom screen remains mirrored until the game is reset.

Default screenshot plugin doesn't work for Animal Crossing. This one should work.

Does Ntr 3.0 allow system transfer from O3DS 9.9 to N3DS sysnand 9.0 running emunand 9.5?

Unfortunately, the issue persists.

The game itself stops working with mirrored screens, that's right.
But at least that plugin gives me proper screenshots.

Btw, Majora's Mask has same problem.

Booting the CIA on ReiNAND N3DS, it says:
BootNTR: 2.4
patching svr check then freeze

Edit: It works on the second try WOW! N3DS 9.5 ReiNAND Emunand
