Hacking Question NSP's will run from internal memory but not MicroSD

If I install an NSP on my internal memory through SX OS Pro it works absolutely fine. But any I install on my SD card hang at the Nintendo Switch launch screen and the console freezes. Any ideas to fix this? It's a 128GB Sandisk card.

Where was the card bought from?

It was from amazon but I'm buying a new one today from TESCO. Now the games installing to internal memory are doing the same thing. Even though it installs and says install successful.

What FW are you on?
Are you using SX OS nsp installer? Try using tinfoil or devmenu.
Also you might wanna check your sdcard with H2testw.
