Hi! I am a newbie in the Nintendo Switch Jailbreaking scene, and today my switch got banned due to me using sysnand online despite deleting NSPs and other homebrew related things. But what I noticed was a saved data from an NSP that I downloaded got uploaded on the cloud. I am planning to get a new Switch soon, and my question is, will I get banned again if I logged on to my account with the NSP saved data that was uploaded on the cloud? Does that saved data leave any jailbreaking fingerprint that Nintendo can potentially track and ban the new Switch? Hoping to hear your thoughts on this before I buy a new one.

I see... So if I logged on to my account on the new Switch, it wont be an issue? Sorry If i am being repetitive here, I just want to make sure
Save data is perfectly fine. I move save data from my hacked Switch to my unshackled Switch Lite all the time. The previous poster was right, unless you specifically clear out the pirated tickets along with the game data then those false tickets stay behind and get uploaded to Nintendo when connected online.

If you want to be extra safe you can delete that specific save from cloud under:
System Settings > Data Management > Save Data Cloud > Settings > Delete Backup Save Data

Oh I get it, so technically save data do not generate false tickets and are therefore safe.

Yeah I am planning to do that. But is there a way to delete that save data by not using a Switch? I want to do that before using my account on a New Switch.

You deleted the nsps but it still tells nintendo you installed them, it isn't that easy lol
Yeah, my bad hahaha. I learned it the hard way

Saves do not flag unless its certain saves like SSBU and Splatoon 2.
You most likely got ban due to NSP being installed on your sysnand
Okay, so Save datas are a non issue then. Thanks!

Contrary to what others have stated, there is still a risk even if they themselves have not been banned yet. The reason is simple; bans can occur randomly and at any random time so nothing should be declared safe until Nintendo stops banning people.
