Hacking NSP games vs XCI

So loving everything thats now possible on the switch with loading backups. Quite question i started with XCI games but now worked out the NSP games installing thinking of installing as many as possible via this method, as means can skip a step not having to fire up SX OS album to launch games. Its a small thing but good when switching games a lot.

My question is, is there any disadvantage in installing as many games as poss as the NSP format?
