NSMBW Port | help needed

Hello guys,
I am currently trying to port New Super Mario Bros Wii to the PSV.

I need some help understanding how I can port a Wii Game to the PSV,
I already did some research online but I have found nothing...

I am experienced in coding (C and Python) but I have no idea where I should start,
I already extracted the New Super Mario Bros Wii game files using Wiimms ISO Tools.
(In the past I already modded mario kart wii from scratch only using wiimms iso tools)

Do I have to code the game all again from scratch using the game files or what???

you can't port a game without it's source code(or a translation layer like the android ports), and i'm pretty confident there isn't a RE project for NSMBW

While not the best method but perhaps you can use the unofficial Vita port of Mario Maker to recreate the game?
