Hacking NSMB, Black Screen.

cIOSCORP 3.5 (this flipped my hbc)
New Super Mario Bros. Wii NTSC Patched iso
Fully updated Usb Loader GX

Do I need to install cIOS 15 or something?

Use PimpMyWii to update all your IOS's and tell you what IOS's are missing. Black screen typically means your missing one. It fixed my problem, I was missing 3.. hah..

It keeps getting errors with network installation with the first few IOSES

Wow... doing a network installation resulted in errors, nothing could update for some reason. Also, whats BC? Backwards Compatible?

pimp stuff fails...then try dop-ios mod. install all latest ios.

edit: btw, i forgot that you don't have a modchip. install cios249rev15 and use in combination with uLoader 3.1.

I bricked my wii all because of pimp my wii

, but I luckily recovered it with bootmii (preloader hbc option wasn't working). I updated my wii to (ios60patched)4.1U but not the Nintendy way, hopefully that helps out my situation. Oh and I reinstalled preloader.

This time I'm going to do it manually, pmw wanted me to install a pure IOS34. But, thats already being used by hackmii installer, bootmii, hbc. Doesn't sound like a good idea though. What do you think?
