Hacking Suggestion ns-atmosphere won't recognize the dongle

Hello all,

I purchase a ns-atmosphere dongle and was able to install Hekate on it last year. Today gathering everything that I need to update my switch from 4.0.1 to 9.0 and when I tried to connect the dongle it does not work. The installer does not recognizes the dongle (no COM3). I have installed v2 and v3 and still nothing.

What I have tried without any susses.
1. Uninstall and reinstall v3. then v2 (restart)
2. Used different USB ports in the pc (usb2.0 and usb 3.0)
3. Did the manual installation of COM port (standard next next .... and serial) I got COM11 but did not work.
4. disable the driver check and installed v2 / v3 no COM detection.

I know the dongle works because I have used it in a different computer last month.
I know someone mention something about windows being updated / yes my windows is up to date.

Can anyone help me.

Did you press the button on the dongle twice?
Otherwise it might be your USB cable. Might is be a charge-only cable?

If all fails and you have an Android phone, just use Rekado, also works like a charm.
