ROM Hack Now that pokemon platnium is out

i was wondering since its out in japan but wont be out in the us for a good bit .
will there be a english patch like there was with metal slug 7?

And I'm pretty sure there won't be translation patch for Pokemon Platinium, it's only a matter of time till Nintendo announces a US/EUR releasedate.

Well if they manage to overlap all the Diamond/Pearl official English translation to Platinum, then they only have a few lines to translate manually. I doubt there's a huge text difference between D/P and Platinum.

Metal slug 7 is for ds there was a translation for that

In that case, the english translation was already present in the rom, so they just have to unlock it.
And before you ask, no, there's no english translation present in the Pokémon Platinum rom

Anyway, people have already been asking for a Pokemon Platinum translation, and it isn't going to happen. Just wait patiently since it's going to be released in the US sooner or later anyway.

It isn't exactly like it's Game of the Year either. DarthNemesis is pretty much done with his Soma Bringer patch, go play that instead.
