Homebrew Notification question

I don't really care, but I'm curious for a possible fix or just an explanation of why it's happening. Sometimes I'll get a notification on my 3ds and it'll be per say for devil survivor two and it shows info for it on the bottom screen but the image will be for something like dq.

Is that out of region? It might be an issue with getting the notification data.

My system is a USA region one and the games as well are of USA region

S'all good it just stumped me. I'm used to figuring things out and am trying to have an "all-in-one game device" that's bugless as possible but this doesn't realy matter
