Hacking notepad on DS?

hello guys im just wondering if u can make a notepad into DS that can save and load
just like pictochat. ill be thankfully for anyone could make it

and guys if u also want my idea just post here so if whoever might get interested they might get encourage by out post

Also Moonshell 2.X has an integrated notepad; I use it as firmware just for that function
