IMHO we should at least be thankful for what we get. The core switch is a good tool to make even more games playable now.
Thanks to Extrems for the update.

I hope this issue will be resolved someday, not sure why switching to interpreter fixes the issue
Interpreter is the emulator trying to do EXACTLY what the N64 would have done instruction by instruction so it's most accurate but it's rather slow.

They dynamic recompiler just kinda glazes over the instructions to get a good idea of what it was trying to do so it's a lot faster but it can guess wrong sometimes.

Makes sense, hence the drastic reduction in speed, but will the ladder-climbing issue ever be resolved with the dynamic recompiler?

Well, Quest 64 (yes, I know it wasn't very good) runs full speed with only minor graphical issues in the text boxes and status hud.

So is there a list of fully playable games on Not64?

There is a list in page 5 of about 100-110 N64 games that work on not64.
If however you mean completely problem free or at least 99% accurate, then the list is pretty narrowed down to about 20-30 games.
Waverace, Mario 64 and its romhacks, Doom 64, Forsaken 64, Automobili-Lamborghini, Aero Gauge, Glover,Mario Kart 64, Kirby 64, MRC, Rally Challenge 2000, Robotron 64, Starfox 64,Earthworm Jim are close to 100%.

Many many others like the Zeldas, Mace:The Dark Age, Holy Magic Century (Quest64), Banjo Kazooie, 1080,MK4, Cruisin' World etc are like 85-90%.
Furthermore, others like GoldenEye, Perfect Dark are about 80% (but have awesome IR controls).
All said, check the listed games and decide for yourself what games you deem playable and which ones you skip till the next update. :)

==EDIT==
I have a question.
Is it possible to compile the latest not64 version to support the cover mod but independently of wiiflow? Meaning that when Not64 is started from its forwarder or via HBC it will display covers (2d ones for instance)?

Do you think Extremis could port the GLIDE64FINAL graphics plugin from 2011 to Not64? Because that Plugin is phenomenal!

Have a small List with FrameBuffer Texture settings. Note that this is for Dynarec only, as Interpreter runs everything. I also have to state that I have tested all those games and I am not posting games here I have not tested personally. I know there Is a list on page 5 but just a small rundown. Perhaps somebody should do a wiki list:

Banjo Kazooie - Works, some Issues (FB Textures ON)
Castlevania - Crashes at Title Screen
Castlevania Legacy of Darkness - Doesn't Work
Earthworm Jim - Works, minor Issues (FB Textures ON)
Extreme G - Works, Issues (FB Textures OFF)
Forsaken 64 - Perfect Emulation (FB Textures OFF)
GoldenEye 007 - Works, Issues (FB Textures ON)
Hybrid Heaven -Works, Issues (FB Textures ON)
Jet Force Gemini - Works, Minor Issues (FB Textures ON)
Quest 64 - Works, Minor issues (FB Textures OFF)
StarFox 64 Lylat Wars - Works, Minor Issues (FB Textures OFF)
Super Mario 64 - Perfect emulation (FB Textures OFF)
The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time - Works, Minor Issues (FB Textures ON)

This, Glide 64 emulates things that Rice or Jabo can't, such as the Mario 64 pixel dissolve effects. But I don't know if the LiboGC library has similar instructions since Glide 64 actually emulates the Glide API via OpenGL. I asked emukidid about it, but he wasn't sure if it could be done. Rice Video has a lot of issues and shouldn't have been ported.

Either way, I hope he continues to work on it
