Hacking Not understanding the SD2Vita instructions

Mainly this part

1. Start your Vita and boot Henkaku. Then open up Vitashell and connect over FTP to it (Only FTP works since you need access to ur0).
2. Now we want to copy the mount plugin to your Vita and edit the config.txt to load the new plugin.
3. Copy the plugin to ur0:tai. Then go back to ux0:tai and open the config.txt. Add a line that says “ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx” without the quotation marks under #KERNEL. After that copy the config.txt to ur0:tai and delete it from ux0:tai.

I don't have anything that says #KERNEL in the config.txt in both ux0 or ur0.

The instruction is wrong. You have to add it under *KERNEL
The same section that already contains "ux0:adrenaline/adrenaline.skprx" in your example.

Thanks, I got it working! Now how do i make the Vita Memorycard a UMA0? From what i understand, i can run retroarch and adrenaline PSP / PS1 games off UMA0? right now, Vita settings showing 186gb (200gb sd) but not the vita memory card

There are 3 variations of the gamesd.skprx
- one of them mounts the sd2vita to ux0: and the vita memory card to uma0:
- the other mounts the sd2vita to uma:0 and the vita memory card to ux0:
- the 3rd one i've never used it or never tried to find out to what it mounts the sd2vita to.
so in conclusion try and play around with the gamesd.skprx's and see what best fits you.

it still mostly running sony OS that just slightly modified so it will only see UX0 from the system information and of course all memory card will not give you all space as stated as they are the device os.

what do you mean? I just want Vita Memorycard to set as UMA0...I can't seem to access it? At least i don't see it in settings, etc.

i still can't access or see uma0 and need help

you will only see it in vitashell or moduleshell. setting will only show what set as ux0. as for not seeing the uma0 do you have the proper gamesd.skprx with the config edit?

i do not know if they are proper, have no idea how to check since the keywords i'm using i can't find information on both
