I have the same question for ReiNX (possibly for the same thing). Did you try your titles folder?

create this folder on your sd card: "sd:/atmosphere/titles/*TitleId*/cheats/"
create a txt file (utf8 without bom or just ansi) with this filename: "*BuildId*.txt"
copy&paste the cheat into this new txt file.

Edizon is only a cheat manager, it does nothing to load cheats, atmosphere loads and uses the cheats.

For ReiNX, just use a different CFW... (I don't know if ReiNX supports dmnt from stratosphere).
