Anyway as DinohScene said there is no way to play the backups and won't be for a while, you Ak2i will work on your 3Ds if you update Akaio, the 3Ds is a brilliant console, and at that price, I'd buy it.

Sorry for my mistake, I thought there was no difference between ds mode and dsi mode, as both games will run the same on both systems (except for maybe the camera). I don't think I've seen a "dsi" game that didn't work on the ds

Some games (i.e. Pokemon Black/White) also uses the extra ram that is available on dsi mode to speed up the game.

Haven't seen the game work faster in DSi-mode.

I dunno, but I do know that b/w is a dsi-enhanced game, and that it'll use the extra ram that is available if it's run in dsi mode. I was thinking it was to speed up fade in/out and other processes (since those seemed awfully slow to me on ds mode), but I might be wrong.

3ds homebrews do not exist, so I'd say it's fake.

I am getting a good deal, and the psp is going to be pretty much dead when it comes to new releases, so I can't complain, lol.

3DS security is probably not that more complex then of an 360..
PS3 has no security since the Hypervisor just sat there being Hypervisory......

It works on my Ds Lite, but not my 3ds.
My 3ds is firmware 3.0.0-6u (is it too late for me?)

also: I purchased it used and the system Mii is a black girl named "Hot Mama" and I can't figure out how to change it.
