Hacking [Noob Question] NTR CFW 11.9?

So, like an idiot, I updated my N2DS before actually adding anything to it; hadn't even thought about Homebrew.

My question is if there area any current versions of NTR for the N2DS/3DS that could actually work. I've tried both @cell9's and @Shadowtrance's; neither works with fw 11.9. If there are none in NTR, are there any good alternatives?

If your trying to get CFW then just go to the frogminer guide. Simple and easy and you dont need to buy anything. 11.9 still works with the 11.8 exploit

Just looked, and it's what I went through earlier. The reason I'm requesting NTR specifically is because of it's in-game modding/cheating capabilities.

Looked again, and found out Rosalina actually does it itself. Blessed
