Hacking Noob question about NNID, freeshop and the Switch

Hey everyone,

So in short, I set up Luma cfw on my n3ds. I got freeshop working and a few out of region games (my main reason for the CFW in the first place). I then realized that my NNID is on the 3ds, along with my wii u and switch (of which I don't have CFW on either).

Main question: is it possible to get my NNID banned by using freeshop if I don't play the games online? I have a feeling an NNID ban would affect the rest of my systems in a less than desirable way.

You won't get an NNID ban going online with .cias unless you go online before the official release date/ obvious cheating online
