try Homebrew Channel or Launch Title.
If that works you can continue further down please.
If not please give a feedback of the issue or whatever.
Your no usable or vulnerable ios installed issue can come from an "wrong" IOS maybe,then we again have to use the DopMii for install the correct IOS´s.
Your Syscheck says:

- first make a backup of your SD Card
- then use the SU option in ModMii and follow the instructions
- download the suggested files
- copy all files to your SD Card (overwrite files if ask)

- Backup SD Card and format it (FAT32)
- make the Letterbomb again now WITH the Bundle HackMii installer option from https://please.hackmii.com/

If this still not work you have no other choice to work with DopeMii again and install IOS 58 new.

Then please try first to load:
hackmii_installer
If not works then you have maybe the chance with
multi mod manager 13.4 to install an other IOS.
ios58 installer did not work. what options do i select in dopmii please?Did you try Multi Mod Manager too ?
Does your Wii has an active Internet connection ?
If yes you can try the IOS 58 installer.

Download and copy it to your SD Card and start it via Priiloader.
If that doesn´t work,download IOS 58 with ModMii and install it with DopMii please.
A clean IOS 58 is necessary for HackMii installer to work.
sorry i forgot to say i have internet connection and have tried to update but i get an error so i can not. i will try dopmii. also in dopmii do i select ios36 to use to install other ios's?You still not said:
Do you have internet connection on your Wii ?
Maybe an Wii Update helps also.
This also deletes Priiloader and any homebrew on our Wii but maybe get your Wii back to "normal".
Then you can softmod from stock.
If you do so,please REMOVE your SD CARD !

it seems that i am not praying hard enough.. i still have the same problem.Then try to install v6176 please and pray.
