idk if i have 9lh, how do i check? also is there anyway to go straight into luma? im using menuhax for cakes but it doesnt allow the use of themes.

If you're using menuhax, i recommend removing it and switching to Arm9LoaderHax via https://3ds.guide/, on 11.2 its very quick and easy, and can be done without needing to buy anything. This guide also installs luma3ds as well.

Nope, as long as you follow the steps your games and saves will be saved!

And Luma3DS doesn't provide streaming. You need NTR, which is a plugin CFW for wireless stream

In fact, you can keep using CakesFW with A9LH and use it with NTR
