I played a backup with nonpdrm and the readme said that it would create a folder within ux0 called nonpdrm which would generate a fake license, which did not happen. I have got VitaShell and h-encore installed properly (i think) on 3.68 firmware. I think I have done my config.txt properly but I have attached it just in case.

EDIT: NONE OF THE PLUGINS I INSTALLED ARE WORKING NOW, IT ISN'T JUST NONPDRM!

The .rar file shows as corrupt for me.
Anyway, it sounds like your config.txt got jacked up somehow.
Make a copy of it, and when you start h-encore, choose the option to reset your config.txt and start over.

on the time i installed them yes but then when i rebooted it it gave an error when i tried to run it.

or it might be because i changed the config.txt
It's happened to me, too. I eventually just stopped using my memory card for anything except loading h-encore. I was forgetting where I installed games, which card had current saves...
I pretty much have decided that once something is set up, I'm not gonna mess with it anymore.

it IS working now but for some reason it sometimes doesnt generate fake licenses

nonpdrm should generate the fake license when you first boot the game and store that in nonpdrm folder as .rtf (which you copy/remane to Ux0:app/titleid/sce_sys/package/work.bin)

this should work in theory, if it doesn't, the plugin isn't working?

idk, but i think the plugin is working (maybe only partially?) because if it didnt the games wouldnt boot at all

there are SOME fake licenses in the directory but not all of them as i checked the title ids and they are not there

it could be because of the WAY i install the games, but i dont know for sure

Make sure you re-add the NoNPDRM plugin to the new config.txt and try to play a NoNPDRM game. If it starts, you've set it up correctly.
