Hardware No touch & right joycon not registering

I bought this switch used, and someone tried to fix it (there are minor scratches on the board, probably from tweezers, but nothing dangerous).

Touch controller SDA&SCL are 0v when the switch is turned on, not pulled to 0 ohm after turning off.
The right joycon charges, but wont register when I slide it on.

Is there anything common in these faults? Is there anything else to blame than the Tegra? Resistors around the connectors are OK.

Between SCL and SDA i measure 2k0. I'm starting to lose hope for this. I didn't manage to find any other points for them. I was hoping for some filters to be blown or something, but nah. I have a board without a CPU, will measure if they directly run to a GPIO or not.
