I recently installed Haxchi and setup WUP Installer GX2. I also used USB Helper to download several titles but none of them are showing up in WUP Installer. I have seen the recommendation to make sure no special characters are included in the file name and have removed any of those. I am also copying the files directly to the root install folder. The only other file in there is the hbc folder, and when I open WUP Installer the only available install option is hbc, none of the games appear. Can someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? :(

Hello.:)

Please be sure your Folder is names "install" ? (please Note of the Lowercase !)
The Games Folders belong now inside this Folder and as you completely correct said:

I have checked to make sure and yes, the name of the folder is "install" with all lowercase letters.

If the hbc folder appears correctly, it's probably just the path that is wrong. You don't copy the install files themselves directly to the install folder, you copy the folder containing the files into the install folder. Eg:

/Install/hbc
/Install/game1
/Install/game2
/Install/game3 etc.

I believe I have copied the whole file to the install folder, and if I open those game folders there are three additional folders labelled "Code" "Content" and "Meta". However, I still cannot get them to show up in WUP Installer.

Oh,I think they have the wrong Format...
The WUP Installer "compatible" Games need .app and .h3 Files inside.

Your games are in loadiine format so they can't be installed.

Followup to this issue, the solution for me was to use the "Move to SD Card" option to directly transfer the game files to my SD card on USB Helper instead of unpacking and copy-pasting from a separate folder. This thread can be closed now. Thanks for the help everyone!
