Hacking No cheat interface

Hi, I have a problem with my m3 simply. The problem is - there's no "cheats" button and cheats basicly don't work on "Y"-button too. I never actually used cheats before but a clearly remeber that there was interface for them. Now i came up with Nanashi no game problem which requires activating cheats to avoid SE-"black screen" problem, and i cant even see cheats :E
I tried different firmware but it doesn't help.
Anyone knows how to fix this problem??
