Hacking NNID on EmuNAND?

Everytime I try and create one it seems to send me back to SysNAND when I set up my parental settings, I only want the ID so I can use the badge centre. It might also be worth noting that once I leave the Parental Controls menu I get taken to the start of the NNID set up sequence and cannot exit it, I am put in a loop of exiting the setup, being put into System Settings, exiting that and then being put back into NNID setup.

NANDS are unlinked and EmuNAND is running the latest firmware

You don't already have a NNID set up on your emuNAND? From my understanding you should still have one from when you first set up your 3DS. When you made your emuNAND the NNID should've carried over to it, and after you unlinked sys & emu (by formatting), the sysNAND is the one that should've had no NNID.

I don't think I ever made a NNID on SysNAND
