https://gbatemp.net/threads/nintendont.349258/#TBSNintendont doesn't swap disc when using memory card emulation
Memory card size of 16MB is preventing the swap disc feature.
Use a 8MB or less memory card size for games requiring a swap without letting you save before the swap point.
3rd party MC,251 blocks, also I have an official GC memory card, much smaller in size,Thank you.
I have asked to get sure you are not using a "Dinosaur" Built of Nintendont.
Did you use an regular GameCube Memory Card or the Memory Card Emulation please ? How is the Size set please ?
Thank you.
3rd party MC,251 blocks, also I have an official GC memory card, much smaller in size, 8 blocks iirc, but the issue repeats itself if/when I load it from this 2nd MC.
Memory Card Emulation is set to OFF
No,they are full sized isos, they are not trimmed, even the ones I downloaded are full sized.Thank you.
Your Games are "good full Size ISO´s" ? Did you maybe used some trimming Tools ?
Have you checked the MD5's against http://redump.org/discs/system/gc/No,they are full sized isos, they are not trimmed, even the ones I downloaded are full sized.

First, I am using a stick, not an SD Card so that's USBLoaderGX out.It a long shot but have you tryed via USB instead of SDCard.
Are you loading via USBLoaderGX or plain WiiU Inject?
USBLoaderGX has additional settings that can interfere with things.
Good Luck.

Its present on USB and SD card, either way I get the error.
Automatic disc swapping does not work!
For memory card emulation, your memory card must be 16 MB (1019 blocks) in size.
It has nothing to do with the save.still think it has to do with the Save...
It has nothing to do with the save.
I tested it with two different GC memory cards, the non official one by Pelican and the Official one, neither work, I do not have an emulated memcard.
To make it clear, here is what I did:
Test #1 Load the game from memcard slot A>reach disc swap point.
Result: crash.
Test#2 Load the game from memcard slot B>reach disc swap point.
Result: Crash.
If you want to, I can make a raw back up, and reformat the slot A memcard, I had to retort to dolphin in order to bypass the issue.
Well, after trying that and losing a lot of years worth of savegames since the raw restore is being wonky, conclusion is... not the MC! The game still crashes at the swap disc moment.
Yes, I had to disc swap from Disc 1 to Disc 2 via dolphin and the inverse holds true too.So, its not memory card.Thank you for your Help and your Try with the Memory Card.
I am very, very sorry of your GameSave.......
You mentioned Dolphin, did it work with the Emulator ?
Thank you.

I managed to recover most, but GCMM is being cute and past a certain number of files it just creates a cascading mess.
It crashes.Did you tried to Boot the Second Disc and Load a Save Game ?
Thank you.
It crashes.
Path is SD:\games\Tales of Symphoia [GQSEAF]\game.iso
SD:\games\Tales of Symphoia [GQSEAF]\disc2.iso
Yes, they are in the same folder, its why the path is the same.Thank you.
Excuse my maybe very dumb Question please:
They are in the SAME Folder, correct ?
Not in 2 seperate...
probably should go back to 486 since 489 is not very stable it has some issues.Yes, they are in the same folder, its why the path is the same.
take a picture of your nintendont settings.Hello, I'm here to report a bug.
Game : The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Describe Issue : In the cutscene where, the audio track that is supposed to play immediately afterKing Bulbin attacks and kidnaps Colin and Ilia from the Ordon Springdoes not play right away, but with a delay. As a result, the track is cut off when the cutscene ends.Link wakes up
Region : PAL
Wii/Wii U : NTSC-U Wii
Nintendont revision : 6.489, 4.431, 3.400, and 2.219; I tested with all of these (I presume that the bug is present in all versions of Nintendont)
Last known working revision (if any) : unknown
Loader used (if any) with revision no. : none
SD/USB Pen/USB HDD : I tried with both a USB HDD and a pen drive
SD/USB Pen/USB HDD make, model, size, format & cluster size : The HDD is a Seagate 1TB USB 3.0 "portable" drive and the pen drive is a 64GB SanDisk flash drive. Both drives have 32k cluster formatting and are both FAT32.
ISO 1:1/compressed : ISO 1:1
McEmu/Real Mem card and size : Real Memory Card 1019 (Madcatz)
Native on/off : I tried both, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
Controller used if Native off : GameCube Controller
Composite/Component/HDMI: Composite (I tried Force NTSC with Deflicker On and Off and Auto, but the modes didn't make a difference)
Anything else you want to explain: If you search on YouTube, you can find playthroughs of the Wii/GC/Wii U versions that have the correct audio timing, but I did find one video that was run with Nintendont and it had the same problem that I have.
Thanks in advance for your help!
probably should go back to 486 since 489 is not very stable it has some issues.
rename to boot.dol and replace on nintendont apps, also delete your nintendont config and make it again inside nintendont.
also take a picture of your nintendont settings, saying default doesnt help when most people think they have default and they dont...
