@FIX94 too: nop it doesn't change anything. I uninstalled forwarder installed on USB and installed it on NAND, first launch giving me that display bug again! It's even worth, after pressing A to go through, game launched and pressing Home totally freeze it, forced me to shutdown WiiU manually when it was simply relaunching WiiU menu system with forwarder installed on USB. Launched fine on second try. But Home button is still freezing WiiU.

That's why I said it's a random bug... right launching it again made it works (like on my message you quoted) but this bug can came back anytime in fact... Sometimes it works fine, sometimes not at all :(
Try the new version.

I tested Metroid Prime 2: Echoes using Nintendon't version 5.457, and the game won't boot properly. It is stuck on a black screen no matter how long I wait. Someone please correct this problem.

alright, already a new version, that was quick.
-now wii vc internal game.iso files should actually boot up
-when starting wii vc with the gamepad off, it should allow player 1 to be taken by other controllers again instead of being taken by the disabled gamepad

wow i like it, i want to test it at night

So if I were to do this, I would take a Wii ISO, open it with WiiScrubber, put the GCN game.iso somewhere inside (where would it go?), repack the ISO and pack that ISO into Wii VC, the game will just load via Nintendon't? Or do I need to place a .dol somewhere inside the ISO?

If anybody might have the time, could a tutorial be written? That way anybody could do it - like where to put the game.iso in the wiivc iso (as in what folder), and how to pack it with wit

I did what you commanded me to do, but still it is stuck on a black screen and would not boot properly.
I had this problem before and it fixed it for me, I tried megaman network transmission, black screen, had to pull the plug, then retried, tried different game, same, unplug, then deleted config from root of sd, and it worked, are you using the forwarder or the channel?

No, I am not. Other games worked on Nintendon't, but Metroid Prime 2 would not even boot at all.

(I tried the Nintendon't forwarder before, and Nintendon't permanently freezes my Wii whenever I try to exit Nintendon't.)

Let me try it on mine, i have a disc copy of MP2

I know the Nintendont latest update 5.457 says to fix HID.. but I still cant use the GameCube adapter to actually control the game.. just to select the game once is already In the game, the power is for the GamePad... any ideas? I know it says something about turning off the gamepad... how do I turn off the gamepad without turning off the console?

So currently, only those who know how to use wit can inject gcn games? The general user, like myself, doesn't know how to do that, so a simple tutorial on what to do, step by step, would be extremely beneficial to everybody.
