Alright! That seems easy enough!

I'll test out both of these 'dol(s)' and come back to let you know if they actually made any changes to the issue.

Another question, is there a reason as to one being named as 'bootnfs2.dol' & the other 'bootpm.dol'. What does 'nfs2' & 'pm' stand for, pertaining each dol file? Just curious.
the exceptions are ARstartDMA exceptions
those are the exceptions names becuase they were made for those games and alot of games are there

nfs2 is need for speed 2 exception and lots of games are on that exception like resident evil4 and manny others and pm is papper mario exception which also has its fair share of games there, those are exceptions for games that want more or less speed when delevering stuff from the sound chip.

lol! It's funny you mention Need for Speed...it is exactly the name that crossed my mind when I saw the 'nfs2' name.

I'm happy to report (while jumping in joy) that both dol(s) fixed the audio issue based on playing the first 'subway' chapter & the menu of Hunter The Reckoning! =D

Let me tell you, I tried the PAL version I downloaded, and even tried patching it to turn into an NTSC game...both un-patched & patched ran like unadulterated crap! You can tell the game wasn't running at 60hz, lol! As well as it had an unfixed signal feed with the screen scrolled slightly to the bottom, unless you NTSC patched it & ran the video feed as 'Game'...still it was running at around 50hz. It's highly noticeable in the menu screen when the fire comes on! xD

Geez I hate PAL games in general! Especially when 50hz were highly prominent back in the 90s until the early 2000s. xD

Now what begs the question is which dol has the most compatibility...as well as, why are there two?! Can't we just compile all exceptions into one 'dol' file, especially if no games overlap with different exceptions (unless they do for different situations)...or is there a problem I'm not seeing, like where some games are tied to the exceptions of others? :P

Anyways! I highly appreciate the help! :D

EDIT: Someone need to report these 'exceptions' to the devs to be implemented in future official releases and avoid any confusion...and obviously expand on compatibility! :P

How do you change the button layout for the PS3 controller? I want my own controls. I hate the fact that the Square button is the A button.

I haven't checked myself, but I assume you should check the zip folder named 'controllers' within the 'Nintendont' folder....

lol how can you have the same game on 2 diferent exceptions at the same time? lol i made 2 to see which one worked, the exceptions are on a single nintendont dol lol, but they are triggered by gameids i just added the gameid there, i didnt do any codding they just need to add the gameid to one of them and nfs2 one is the most sturdy one. a game dol has everything in it you dont need 2 i made 2 becuase i needed for you to teste wich one works.

So to any dev hunter the recogning must be added to the nfs2 exception next rev

lol! I see! I think I understand how the exceptions now work...I assume they apply the fix that would generally fix either 'Need for Speed 2' in one 'dol' and the other 'Paper Mario' in another 'dol'...onto other Game IDs that you add for the fix to also be applied onto.

I just tried/tested each 'dol' separately and it seemed to have both, separately, fixed Hunter the Reckoning just fine...I didn't test them at the same time, I tried one by one. :P

Since you mentioned 'nfs2' being the sturdiest among the two (assuming in terms of game compatibility) then that's the one I'll be using in all cases!

Edit the Controller.ini to how you like it.
It seems some of the Interactive Multi Game Demo Discs are missing from the Nintendont Compatibility List...
It's a demo disc so who cares.

Hi all, I'm desperately trying to play Timesplitters Future Perfect on my Wii with 2 players, but I can't work out a way to do it. I have 2 PS3 pads, but I've read that you can't have more than 1 HID connected at any one time. Is it possible to use the SD card to hold my game image, and then plug my 2 pads into the USB ports at the back of my Wii? I also read that a multitap will work, but I've no idea what that is or how I could get one?

Failing all of the above, presumably I can just get 2 Gamecube pads and plug them into my Wii instead?

Any help would be much appreciated - I'm a total n00b so please treat me like an idiot! :D!

Only adapters that have multiple ports can work. No usb hubs too

So what's an adapter that has multiple ports? Sorry, I'm not quite sure what you mean.. ?

Can I connect the 2 pads via Bluetooth or something? Do I have any other option besides buying two Gamecube controllers?

I have a Wii, rather than a WiiU, sorry. I already have 4 Gamecube ports on my Wii but I'd like to use PS3 pads instead as I don't really like the Gamecube controller..

Nintendont apparently cant see the games in my sd card, even though they are placed exactly like its especified in the first post.
What should i do? I have already tried to format it to FAT32 (It was in FAT).

did you name the games game.iso.iso?

Try deleting the .iso and see if that fixes the issue

Erm.. so am I right in thinking that I can only use Gamecube controllers with my Wii, or are there any other pads I can use? I want to play 2 player games but can't work out how to use anything other than Gamecube pads.

Every controller listed on the first post works on both Wii and Wii U. You just plug them in a usb port and they will work.

Thanks Adeka, the trouble is I only have 1 free USB port on my Wii, but I have 2x PS3 pads?? How can I connect both?? Sorry for the newbie questions!
