anybody else getting the return to interlace mode on both rogue squadron games with those settings? kind of annoying to have to always set progressive again in the menu.
I'll have to try forcing progressive next.
making some dinner now :grog:

never seen a game that saves progressive at all, on every boot you get the question asked and need to say yes, never ever saw a game that stops asking becuase you saved when you had progressive ON, since the question is before the actual game starts so it doesnt go reading memory cards when asking the question so its impossible to save progressive becuase the memroy card isnt even readed much further ahead.

ok a little confused, since I am somewhat a new user.
when I have mem emu off and just use the games now, it aks me about progressive and all good except for the rogue game issues with real memory cards
when I use mem emu, it doesn't ask me about progressive and uses interlace by default
what do I have to choose so it asks me about progressive? do I have to force progressive from the options?
it's weird that my default settings always asks now when 296 did not.
that's my issue

nope, i was using mcemu. i use my Wii U for nintendont not my Wii . I went back to v296 and the difference in loading times is night and day. Its like going from the ps1 version of a game to the n64 version. (loading time wise)

curious what kind of hard drive you have? 296 was great for me and need to test the star wars games on my setup to see if they have the issues the later revisions did.
some strange things are happening for me now with settings.

no need for anything i use mcemu and all the games ask me for progressive if they are compatible but that is on my wiiu since on my wii i dont have a component cable but yeah mcemu aks for progressive just fine.

ok then there's an issue then. with mememu on and all settings default on my wii witth component. it doesn't ask but with mem emu off it does. no other settings changed for me. it's weird and I don't get it. didn't used to on 296 but only was playing luigi mansion. now that one asks too.
that;'s why I'm confused

So the subtitles are delayed again? If that's the case then it should be easy for FIX94 to track down the problem
