Any idea on how to fix Update Error -116 when trying to update Nintendont through Nintendont? The error says it failed to Initialize Network.

I have an issue for JoostinOnline I'm using 2.191 atm and when I choose update inside Nintendont it says I have the latest and the latest is 2.193.

I think the update code broke or something.

Okay so further testing and I am getting error -116 just like another person above. I also tried updating it through USBLoaderGX and it still only updates to 191..... so strange.

you are pressing mines which rotates the button configuration

Wait.

Holy shit.

You can do that?!??

I was about to go and buy one of the GC styled fight pads just so I could play with the standard button layout. I could adapt to most games but for me, tony hawk was nearly unplayable due to how I was so used to the button layout. And that game was seriously my FAVE back in the day. I'm gonna have to try this out now, thank you SO much!

One question on the topic of Gun - it's one of the very few on the list that are just straight up red, but I'm not sure if it has been discussed why. I know this game did come very late in the GC development cycle and it may have some advanced functions. Do we know why Gun isn't working or what the issue is which is preventing it from working? Just curious. Feel free to bore me with the techy details :) I know the 007 games were an issue due to how the game loaded a different engine for different styles of level and basically executed an entirely different program on the ISO. Since that was patched I'm guessing it was not a similar issue?

2.192 forgot to change the version number.
2.193 didnt have a change to nintendont boot.dol so the version should not update.
It should fix it self with the next update as long as whoever doses it updates the version correctly.

That's my fault. The latest binary is actually 192, but I forgot to update NintendontVersion.h, so it still says 191. Update it manually if you aren't sure you have the latest version.

Haha Okay, that explains it, all good then.
Was getting bombarded with questions from nintendont.net about it haha.

Can anyone else confirm, All Star Baseball 2004 NTSC, causes power off 2.191. Reported working 1.140
im playing all satr baseball 2004 0n 190 and its working great and just so you know you need a 512 block memeory card for that since the game needs over 380 blocks to save what the hell lol

I know I'm veering off-topic here, but I guess today I learned the boring techy details why Agent Under Fire is the most used hacking device to install FreeMCBoot on the rival side that is the PS2...

I still need to homebrew up my old Slim - I keep forgetting to do that. >_<

That said, GBA support is much-needed. I still need to use my mutant GCN pad without the working left stick for four player Pac-Man Vs., but hopefully it'll now work with the Wii U when I get one (which won't be before the GCN pad adapter comes out alongside Sm4sh) - I don't see why it wouldn't, because vWii will almost certainly get a patch to fully support the adapter. Unless that adapter doesn't support the GBA. Which it might not, unlikely (potential compatibility whoopsies) as that is...

Heh, I got one of the last few new PS2's floating around a few years ago on clearance - and of course being a late model slim wasn't compatible with FMCB - so disappointed. I ended up getting some derro's dusty old 3xxxx phat off ebay for $20 and had someone from psx-scene mod an MC for me. Wish there was a decent FMCB compatibilty list like nintendont..

guys, im having issues with virtua striker 3 version 2002 (pal). on dios mios it works with no issues, on nintendont it gets stuck after checking for a memory card when the game boots. any ideas?

kongsnutz I like the new site a lot more, good stuff.

Also (@ anyone) to use multiple revs of Nintendont do I just install them in different folder names on the SD card ie. Nintendont 1.1, nintendont 1.2 etc and then see them as different options in HBC or do I need to use a loader to do that?
