I would like to see some sort of anti-crash update before they start with the compatibility.

If a game crashes, allow us to tap the power button to reboot the console. Pulling the AC adapter out isn't exactly the best thing.

Agreed, this would be a real boon for use Wii U owners :D Nintendo was silly to not implement a physical reset button, would Fix 94, JoostinOnline be able to look into doing something like that?

Also if the game freezes don't make annoying sound.

That too would be nice to neutralize.

here you go rev 19
ouzhxe.jpg

you can find rev15,16&18 codedumps (all are the same) on previous page too

maybe we should check which revision started to make code dumps, as the addresses don't give a lot of informations in the debugger.
I'll test older version tomorrow.

I tried to add breakpoint to see where it crashed, but I couldn't find the right place yet.

You can get the dump is you autoboot a game from the USBloader, and press B to cancel it.
You see "select SD or USB".
If you select it to list the games from that device, it dumps. So before the memory card loading.

You can also get it if you don't cancel autoboot, and don't list the games.
but there's nothing before memory card loading if you don't cancel auto boot.

it always code dumps after the module insertion/flushing, never before (at least for me).
If I stop right after the flush, it never crash.

Maybe you should wait, and try with every version and see by yourself if it's fixed instead of asking if it's been worked on.
it's not the only game which need fixes.
don't focus on a single game, help testing games with new version to update the compat list.

You can use DIOS MIOS (Lite) if you want to play that game on compatible Wii.

Is it possible that after this project is completely stable. The devs can add n64 game compatibility?

That would be a completely different thread/topic, I'd think :P Not to mention an emulator lol, yeah... :D

If you want to play to play N64 games I recommend you play the virtual console ones. They're sure to have 100% compatibility.:P

Even though there's only 21, Not 64 is better TBH, but yeah, I'd better not derail this. Anyways, Nintendont is excellent and I need to do some more testing with games that aren't on the list yet.

There's tool to pack your own virtual console, and AFAIK Chinese fan translations for Zelda Ocarina of time has been made into virtual console. But it somehow never worked with Dr.Mario 64...

I mean, I did see Fix94 mention something the other day on how it might be worked on eventually, but yeah, MCemu and more games working would definitely take more precedence.

Let him think what he wants, not our problem anymore ;) I'm glad he's not involved with Nintendont. Who cares what he thinks?
Dude, stop stirring up so much trouble. It's the same reason you have multiple accounts banned from gc-Forever. I've seen probably hundreds of posts of yours that say "Redacted" that probably stirred up trouble. Think before you type.

I tested the US version, it starts and the intro video plays but after the "Press Start" screen it gets stuck on a black screen.

Dang it, that's what I was afraid of, I'll make an entry of that in the list :P What version did you use? NTSC-U, right?
