ok i need some help with making my own controller.ini, because i speak spanish so i dont understand the steps to follow
i used as a base the logitech rumble gamepad f510 for the hidtest and i brought a ps2 styled pc gamepad
is compatible and here i show you the value and its changes
7F 7F 00 80 80 0F 00 00 Default, it means when i dont press anything
FF 7F 00 80 80 0F 00 00 Right button
00 7F 00 80 80 0F 00 00 Left button
7F 00 00 80 80 0F 00 00 up button
7F FF 00 80 80 0F 00 00 Down button
7F FF 00 80 80 4F 00 00 A (X button)
7F FF 00 80 80 2F 00 00 B (O button)
7F FF 00 80 80 8F 00 00 X (Square button)
7F FF 00 80 80 1F 00 00 Y (Triangle button)
7F FF 00 80 80 0F 02 00 Z (R1 button)
7F FF 00 80 80 0F 08 00 R trigger (R2 button)
7F FF 00 80 80 0F 04 00 Left Trigger (L2 Button)
7F FF 00 80 80 0F 20 00 Start Button
7F FF 00 80 80 9F 00 00 Up-Left C stick?
7F FF 00 80 80 CF 00 00 Down-Left C stick?
7F FF 00 80 80 6F 00 00 Down-Right C stick?
7F FF 00 80 80 3F 00 00 Up-Right C stick?
another issue i have is with the analog sticks, the left one mixes between the directions values but, the right one mixes the values from the A B X and Y buttons plus adds more values as you can see
so if someone can help me or better, make a controller.ini for me please
thanks in advance

There seems to be a file created already here: https://github.com/Nanolx/nintendont-controller/blob/master/nintendont_F510.ini
Just rename it to controller.ini and you should be good.

haven't i already said that i used it as a base?
also if i use it, nintendont restarts my wiiU and i'm trying to play shadow the hedgehog, or kirby air ride, both kicks me out to wiiU

What kernel number does Nintendont freeze on before it reboots?

when i was in R17 the kernel does the number 4 before it reboots
now i updated to R22 and it does the number... -3
uh oh... and it goes like 1, 2, 3, 4, -3 and reboots

freezing and rebooting on 4 means you have a controller issue. I guess it's good that it goes past 4 but it's not suppose to even show negative numbers.

-1 and -3 are pretty much the Nintendont equivalent to the red ring of death

Have you tried to use a dualshock 3 to get a game to boot?

i havent found a store which sells an usb adapter for a ps3 controller or ps2, and both are too expensive
so if i have a -1 or -3 means that nintendont wont be able to boot in my vwii?
or maybe i have to try again with the 17 rev

you just need a normal mini usb cable for dualshock 3, no special adapters

edit: whoa your using vWii and having problems? it MUST be HID issue then

sorry, since i used to have a ps2 i though that the ps3 has the same plug, plus a friend of mine has wired controllers so i never notice it, but still being to expensive to buy a ps3 controller

and yeah, i'm at vWii, and my wiiU is in 4.0.2. so i only need an accurate controller.ini? in that case can someone help me? as i stated before i couldnt understand the instructions and when i tried to make my own controller ini, i had the 1 2 3 4 and quickly reboot

whoops sorry my bad
if i get working nintendont i will contribuite with the compatibility list as much as i can since i'm in summer vacations

Wait is vWii supposed to be better than Wii?

Isn´t vWii like GC on Wii, an "alternative" system or something?
As i am guessing it´s Not emulating.

And how can GC then work, Wii-Mini = Only wii = No GC?

It's a sandbox.

The Wii Mini doesn't have an SD card slot or GC ports. It can barely do anything. It doesn't even have wifi.

Sandbox?

Hmm, is Wii-Mimi the Wii without GC, or is it a newer Even smaller?

Cause i Bought mine right when they stopped the GC ones.

Also What games are supported by nintendont, is it still online WW?

No i have a normal Wii, just before the version which removed the GC slots (Family Edition).

So i am guessing, Family = Wii without GC, Wii-Mini = Family-Wifi, something like that?
Or does Family have GC just without Slots (think i read that somewhere?).

Ah, but people who have used it, how does it work, i mean on Any game at all, does it work good, well just a short reviews so to speak?
Dios Mios works good from my standpoint, very good with the USB support. Only thing i can, complain if i may say so, is Audio Streaming, luckily it´s pretty rare among games.

.

Wii family= wii -gc slots and an altered drive to regect gc games (if im not mistaken) ( the missing parts can be soldered an it will work)

Wii-Mini = Family-Internet connection(usb ethernet adapter included) -sd card reader slot

Hmm something's wrong. It won't load. It's getting stuck on "loading patched kernal 4".

try deleting the nincfg.bin then let the app create a new one and check the ini is correct

also make sure the mayflash adapter to switched to Dinput
