I got a different error now, it says "controller.ini doesn't match, shutting down"
rev 232 and rev 233
Does the ini for GCN adapter changed?
I'm using controller.ini from the nintendont generated controller.zip

Got it working by changing the GCN adpater to bottom rear port, not a big deal, I guess no front support for me XD, I can live with that :)

Wii U
V2.233
All options default

Pac-Man World 2 black screens. Can anyone confirm or know the last working rev?

Edit: I tried forcing NTSC even though it is an NTSC game and that made it work.

FIX94 Any idea why it does this? Can I force NTSC with all my games and they work, or is there something else I can try?

I think fix94 is going to be taking a break again lol. In the past 48 hours not only did he make Nintendont fully compatible with IOS58 to fix the front USB port issue but has also merged both the USB and SD Kernels... Holy fucking shit somebody get this man a pimp cane or gift him a car cuz damn u the man for real!

Seriously, it has been around 4 revs in one frigging day!
In another note, I can compile this source without problems with UStealth and GCN adapter, I'm finishing to make a loader mod to use on USBLoaders :)

And the Homebrew Channel can be installed on any Wii U, even 5.3.0 as Nintendo has not blocked any of the currently usable exploits.

Any chance we might see a HBC update anytime soon? I know there is a channel forwarder workaround for the widescreen thing but just curious.

JoostinOnline made a forwarder that bypasses it, I don't remember what thread it was on though.

Here you go.

I simply placed the original Channel on the last channel page.

I want to see HBC updated to support the Wii U Pro Controller.

Ya.. I would like to see HBC updates to support Wii U Pro Controller --> would also be cool to have NTFS support as well though not quite as important..

I am having some issues on my WII U with HBC stackdumping sometimes when mounting sd card or usb drives. The solution is to delete the HBC save data from the Wii Data Management.

Also sometimes the mounting of SD card/USB devices are intermittant. I have to plug my HDD in when on the Wii system menu then load HBC... then all is well.

Also, when I exit to system menu from HBC sometimes it just black screens and I need to unplug my wii u and plug it back in.

I have sort of been having some issues with homebrew on wii mode recently. I did everything to make sure the vWii is softmodded properly etc but i couldnt get it to function reliably with usb or with SD...

I am having a multipayer issue. When trying to use 2 classic controllers with 2 wiimotes only one is recognized. The other wiimote just shows four blue lights. If I disconnect the classic controller that is working the one the was not takes the place of player 1. I am launching the game through usbloader gx rev 1233. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance. This is the boot.dol I am using from the custom nindenton't background thread: https://www.dropbox.com/s/p131r4tf4o9b237/boot.dol?dl=0

JUST CURIOUS:

With the latest Nintendont (r230 to r233) does that means
1. we can use any usb ports ? even swap the position of the HID and HDD on a will? (again just curios, I know if it is true, then a lot of noobs will complain about Nintendont works but not other USBloader but really its nobody's fault apart from the users themselves)
2. with merged SD and USB kernel, can Nintendont access SD while running games from USB?

PS. I just folllow this thread but I havent and wont be using Nontendont for quite time as I am busy with PSO on Dolphin - the ease of backing up saves, savestaes and pause/play features beats even a real Gamecube (of course, nothing can beat a real Gamecube game-play-wise)

Your drive still must be plugged in the normal port (top on Wii U, bottom on Wii)

You can use any usb port for HID controllers (still only 1 HID controller at a time unless you got a compatible adapter with multiple ports)

Not sure if the combined kernel changes anything
