Ah, I see now. He said "generic" so I thought he meant "official"Because he is using a 3rd party Wii U Pro Controller which may not work with Nintendont.
It works fine for a while already lol.Is there a revision that works with the Zelda collectors disc, n64 games? I only get sound, controls, and a black blank screen. Game is seemingly playing fine otherwise. Can start a save and everything blind.
I tried looking a bit but just found old bug reports on the game for something else.
I'm using the 16:9 hbc forwarder and Wii u widescreen in nintendont settings. Used latest loader on GitHub (precompile). It works fine for a while already lol.
Did you use a specific video mode patching?
Not what I asked lolI'm using the 16:9 hbc forwarder and Wii u widescreen in nintendont settings. Used latest loader on GitHub (precompile).
Wii u widescreen not supported? Nes games work fine.
It is. Wiiu widescreen is a video patch if u ask me. And those are the only settings I use except the Wii u's own settings. 720p. Everything else is default. vwii btw (obviously)Not what I asked lol
Ntsc or pal?
480p? Progressive patch?
I dunno, last time I tried, the game worked just fine for me with wiiu widescreen. It is. Wiiu widescreen is a video patch if u ask me. And those are the only settings I use except the Wii u's own settings. 720p. Everything else is default. vwii btw (obviously)
Ok. I'll keep trying. I thought it worked too before I updated but it's been months so didn't want to assumeI dunno, last time I tried, the game worked just fine for me with wiiu widescreen.
Try forcing progressive.Ok. I'll keep trying. I thought it worked too before I updated but it's been months so didn't want to assume
It was never required. The only time you needed it was if you were using a cheat file that you made yourself.Looking at the image, I don't see the GameID on the folder's name, I'm not sure if it's still required in Nintendont or not but the GameID is essential for loaders in general to see the game in the list.
Edit: Nevermind, looks like you fixed it.
Works fine for me, been making a Zelda II run and am making my way through the last castle....hasn't gotten easier since I first played in 89Is there a revision that works with the Zelda collectors disc, n64 games? you sure you dint put it on a diferent port besides port 1?Had been using nintendont for a few weeks without any issue, then on the weekend, the game cube controller stopped working. It's a genuine controller plugged into the Wii GameCube ports.
it works in the menu, but as soon as I launch a game, nothing.
any ideas?

I had a buddy over the other day and we were trying to play some GC games on a regular Wii, but Nintendont only recognized player one's input, player two/three/four was dead in the water. We could use both controllers in other VC titles just fine though. Anyone else run into this issue at all before?
